Ms. Yu is a CPA, CGA with over 15 years of international experience in financial management, financial reporting, internal controls and corporate governance. Ms. Yu has held senior financial positions across several industries including mining, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. She has experience in both production-staged and exploration-staged publicly traded mining companies. Most recently, she was responsible for all aspects of regulatory financial reporting, accounting services, annual audits, and government tax and regulatory reporting at Patriot Battery Metals Inc.

Prior to becoming a professional accountant, Ms. Yu worked for many years as a Professional Engineer (BASc and P. Eng in Chemical Engineering) in the pulp and paper industry after obtaining her Bachelor of Applied Science degree from University of British Columbia.

Mr. Downes has over 40 years diversified experience in gold, uranium and base metal exploration throughout North America, South America and Europe.

Dr. McMillan has over 45 years of experience as an exploration and mining geologist throughout North America and on several other continents and where he has undertaken detailed and regional property evaluations as well as estimation of mineral resources. He has served as Exploration Manager or Consulting Geologist with several well known mining companies including: Westmin Resources Ltd., Cameco Corp., Noranda Exploration Co. Ltd., Teck Exploration Ltd. and Falconbridge Nickel Mines Ltd.

Mr. Jang was the President and Managing Director of Sutton West Coast Realty Ltd., one of Canada’s largest independent real estate companies. Starting in 1993, Mr. Jang led the company through a series of mergers and acquisitions, which in 2021 had over 1300 real estate agents and 21 offices in Canada with annual sales exceeding $13 billion. Mr. Jang has also been an active angel investor in Canada for the last 20 years, with experience in a broad spectrum of industries from real estate, to media, mining, and technology start-ups.

Mr. Merali has been a director of various public companies and is currently on the board of directors of Vinergy Capital Inc., Uniserve Communications Corporation and True North Gems Inc. and previously served on the board of CMC Metals Ltd. Mr. Merali was previously an investment advisor at Canaccord Capital and holds the CSC and CPH designations and has been registered with IIROC as a Registered Representative. Mr. Merali is currently a consultant to other public and private companies across a variety of industries with over 30 years of experience in the technology and natural resource sectors.
